Best foods to eat before training.This source i suggest are carbohydrates and you can combine them with a protein source.Your pre workout meal depends in your workout plan and how fast do you digest the food you eat. So keep in your mind what i said my friends!





1) Oats.


2)Whole wheat grains.


3)Nuts like almonds,peanuts,casshew,walnuts,pistachios,cheeds.


4)Sesame paste with honey,cocoa or orange flavor.


5)Banana.


6)Corn.


7)Dark Chocolate with no sugar.


8)Potatoes or sweet potatoes.


9)Whole wheat bread or zea wheat bread.

10) Whole wheat pasta or legume wheat pasta.


11)Homemade orange juice.


Try it my friends.They are great foods.I have tried them and helped me in my workouts!!!
