A lot of people wonder what to eat after their workout and training,
in this article I will explain you and suggest you some things to do.
If you are new to fitness world you must notice that,in fact it isn't as much complicated as you think. So many fitness experts and scientists have done a lot of researches about that and made formulas to count the ideal protein and carbohydrates grams that your body needs,but you can follow these steps i will suggest you to simplify your post
workout nutrition.
1. Eat after your workout in first 45 minutes to take advantage of metabolic window.Post workout nutrition is the most important meal in your diet plan(after breakfast).

2. Consume protein and carbohydrate foods together.Science says that this combination is better for your recovery!

3. You can make this postworkout meal the highest calorie meal in your diet!

4. In this meal you can eat carbohydrates even high glycemic index sources.Carbs like glycose,dextrose and maltodextrin.You can also make a combination with them!

5. You can also use a protein shake to maximize you recovery and nutrition.But if you dont use protein powder ditch this step.Let this for later in your life,first take a look in your nutrition.Anyway if you use protein powder this is the most necessary time to use it,as you know!
