A lot of people for a lot of reasons switch to training at home.Here i will suggest you the most effective excercises you can add in your back day training:


1)Inverted row:

The safest back excercise.Inverted row works lats,middle back,rear delts even biceps and forearms. It's also known as "fat" man pull ups because it recommended for those who can't perform pull ups.

It's a good choice of excercise and a great back builder!!!



2) Dumbbell pullover:

A great back developer excercise. It's known as a chest builder because it is but you can make your lats work more while bent you arms a little bit.You can perform the two arm variation holding one dumbbell in each hand,or one arm variation. So try this excercise and you won't loose!


3) One arm dumbbell row:

An oldschool back excercise.Works lat,rhomboids,upper & lower trapezius and a bit of biceps.Try it with low rep range or high rep range! It's the best back builder excercise you can perform. One arm DB row also perfecting your posture!

4)Incline db row:

An also great back excercise but not commonly used. It's time to use it again.Try it and you will grow a strong thick back.

It works middle back as main muscle,lats,rear delts and biceps of course.Try it. It's also recommended for people who have back isues and avoid regural rows for any reason!





5) Pull ups:

The #1 back developer excercise you can do. It makes your lats work hard and whole back of course.Pull ups require a pull up bar and your own body weight.Try it and prepare to buy new t-shirt cause your old will tear up from your "wings"!
