In this post i will suggest you the two best protein powders for muscle growth and recovery you can use!


1: Whey protein is the number one sumplement for muscle gain.Especialy "lean" protein without a lot of carbs like mass gainer proteins.If you are ectomorph try to eat honey and banana with your shake instead of use mass gainer proteins because they are contains a lot of sugars which are bad for your health.Protein whey contains amino acid that your body needs for growth.Especialy BCAA amino acids ideal for fast recovery!



2: Pea protein is the number two protein powder in my opinion. It's plant based and it's ideal for vegeterians,even non- vegeterians. It has got the necessary amino acids for recovery and prevent overtraining but it hasn't got the BCAA's.Anyway pea protein is a good choice for athletes!



Final thoughts

The protein could you choose depends on your goals. In supplements market there are a lot powders.Rice,hemp,soy and others maybe.Also prefer organic protein powders.I am not saying that the others are bad but i prefer organics for myself.
