How to build an affordable & low budget home gym!

Here i will recommend you some suggestions to build a low budget home gym in your own home.Certainly you will need some space to place the equipment but this is detail.Let's get started!



1) Doorframe pull up bar:

A basic tool for every home gym.There are a lot of pull up bar like this in market and you have multiple options,but first of alla you must have a strong doorframe and you have to find a strong pull up bar too.Anyway,as i said before it's a basic tool for home gym and it's adjustable!



2)Adjustable bench:

An adjustable bench is the number 2 necessary tool for your home gym.You can find a lot of cheap in market which some of them start from 60-70 euros.

In this bench you can perform a lot of excercise for chest,back,abs,leg and almost every muscle in your body!


3) Adjustable Dumbbells with collar or dumbbell block:

Dumbbells is the best training tool to perform a major exercises.You can fight in market dumbbells that started from 20 euros.Dumbbell block cost more of course but they are better i think cause you have two dumbbells only,they are adjustable and they don't need space.But if you can't afford them take simple dumbells with collar and some weight plates to add in them!




4) Swiss ball:

Swiss ball is also a necessary equipment tool for your home gym.With this ball you can perform a lot of excercise for abs,lower back,legs,even upper body movements.According to your body type you can choose a 55cm ball(1.55m-1.70m),65cm(1.70m-1.85m) ad 75cm(185m+)!




5) Floor dip bar:

Floor dip bar is the best training equipment tool you could have. On this bar you can perform dips,inverted rows even suspended push ups.The price starts from 60 euros!




6) Ez curl bar

No description.I think all of you guys know what an ez curl bar is.You can perform with this bicep curls,french presses,even shoulder presses,back rows,lunges,lunges,squats even deadlifts.The bar costs about 20 euros!


7)Suspension trainer:

An also necessary equipment tool for your home gym.You can perform a lot of movements.Suspension trainers promote better mobility,flexibility,strength and fat loss in combination with a healthy diet of course.

In market i have seen price starts in 20 euros!



8) Jump rope:

I think that all you know what is a jump rope.With jump rope you can doing your warm up your rehabilation or doing cardio exercise!



9) Resistance bands:

They are great tools which can replace the cable machine in a lot of exercises.You can find them in light,medium and heavy resistance.They are cheap and you can take them everywhere!


10) Foam roller:

With this pilate equipment tool you can doing self-myofascial release,warm up and rehabilation.I can promise you it won't be painful in the beggining but in time you will get used to it.I have seen a price at 10 euros in market.Try it,it's a basic tool in my opinion!
