1. Close grip dumbbell press
This variation of DB press hits triceps and the inner part of chest. It's the number 1 mass builder exercise for triceps.Try it!

2. Bench dip
The number 2 best tricep exercise. It hits triceps and shoulders,it's a great movement you can do with your own bodyweight.Elevate your feet in another bench or add one dumbbell beside your legs for harder work!

3. Dumbbell lying triceps extension
DB lying triceps extension is an isolation movement for triceps.This exercise is the best isolation movement for triceps you can do. It is better than the ez bar extension I think cause its more friendlier to your wrists and it hits also lateral and long head of triceps!
